Description
This South Texas hunting ranch can be a great place to get away and enjoy the outdoors or a family forever home. It is located off of paved County Road 337 near Interstate 37 and Hwy 59. Huge Live Oak trees are scattered across the property. It is mostly South Texas native brush. The wet weather Gamble Gully Creek transverses across the ranch making a wildlife haven. There is a small cabin near the water well. Also adjacent to the cabin is a nice pond with piped water to it. The place is high fenced and was part of a whitetail breeding operation. There is deer, turkey, dove and quail. The dove weed is abundant making it a great dove hunting place. Cattle are also on the property making it Ag Exempt. The ranch has one water well and also has access to Community Marbach water supply. It is located about 10 miles from George West and in the George West School District.
It is about half way between Corpus Christi and San Antonio and 3 hours to Houston.
