The ranch is mostly native brush with oak trees scattered across the rolling hills. From the tops of the hills you have a panarmatic view for miles. There are some draws that are planted in oats and rye fields for cattle and wildlife. There is three water wells, of which two are active. One pond that has electricity and water well near it. Exterior fences are good. Old house used to for hunting cabin. Good wildlife including whitetails, dove, turkey, quail and hogs. This is a nice  recreational and cattle ranch.
