Live Oak County ranch is in the heart  of South Texas hunting. The property fronts Interstate 37 on the west and also accessible by County Road 207 on the east. The wildlife on the ranch consists of deer, hog, dove, and quail. The ranch is all south Texas native brush with senderos throughout and roads allow you to get to all parts of ranch.  Several tanks are across the ranch with draws that feed into them. There is electricity and one water well on the property. El Oso community water is available along one mile of I-37 and is metered to hunting cabins.  About 6% of the ranch was roller chopped last year to open up areas into motts.
